I was actually shocked that there are so many Baby Teddys on Ebay. I thought those were only released in a limited number.
That's said, while not Teddy related, when I start back to work, if I happen to see another Playskool Talking Mother Goose, I'm gonna try to snag it.

The WoW Mother Goose and Snoopy dolls are VERY had to find. Snoopy in particular is VERY EXPENSIVE. I've seen him go for $200 or more every time. My mother came across a WoW talking Mickey Mouse which she bought for $200. I think she was hoping to resell him.
I've never had much interest in the other talkers. My heart was always with Teddy.

Oh, I already have the WoW Mother Goose. I got her sometime last year. I'm aiming to get a Hector here sometime in the future when I have the cash.
I love Mrs. Taylor's voice almost as much as Mr. Baron's. WoW certainly knew how to pick VAs.

lol...I have an old WoW Snoopy tape and I have to agree...they got his voice right, too. Children's characters nowadays have a habit of always sounding like other children, but WoW always hit that grey area between childlike innocence and an adult's maturity so that we never felt patronized or talked down to. Teddy is the epitome of this wisdom, and it's something sadly lost on today's childhood icons.

While not TR related, here's a little trivia about Mrs. Taylor.
She's the current VA of Minnie Mouse. She met Wayne Allwine, who is the current VA of Mickey Mouse, at a recording session. They've since gotten married and have four kids. So, in a sense, Mickey and Minnie are canonically married.

As a side note, seen Kayla and Vincent's nearly year old conversation about Russi Taylor and Wayne Allwine... unfortunately Mr. Allwine has passed away. Didn't know if you all knew. What a horrible year it's been in that regard.

I DID read that, and I meant to post something here. I was so sad to hear that. How many more icons can this year take from us?

Hi, I am electronic4evr on YouTube, a die-hard Teddy fan and collector. I love toys that: Act like Teddy: Toys like Cricket, Spinoza, 2xl, Jill, Gabby Bear, ect. * Look like Teddy: Knockoffs, Little boppers, Baby teddies, Singing squeeze Teddies from BackPack toys, ect. * Are teddy: ANY version of Teddy, Julie/Pamela, ect. * I repair Teddy and other talking toys, and can spot a WoW Teddy from a mile away!! And also, I watch the live-action Teddy show religiously(like every Saturday, I wish they made more live-action Teddy episodes). And, I know almost every Teddy song in 5 languages. Please don't look at me weird.....
