Perhaps it had the live action come dream with me tonight on it, but it says it's fully animated. The come dream with me tonight video did have animated segments (I think) so I think it's come dream with me tonight.

It says Hi-Tops Video, like the original live action did at the beginning.

I do not think it was Come Dream With Me Tonight.. Because, unless I am misunderstanding, fully-animated means "completely animated"... Unless they mean "animation" as animatronics

But like, Hi-Tops. The company partook in almost if not all the Live Actions, and nothing else.

I understand that a CDV is effectively an audio CD and laser disc, I understand they can hold about 20 minutes of audio and I think 5 minutes of video that you would play on a laser disc player, not on a computer. I don't know very much about the format, but if you search for laser discs on Wikipedia you'll find some info about CDV.

Speaking of the Animatronic movie, I got my VHS copy of the film from the video rental store, as a second hand tape, so it had the Children's Video Library logo before it, rather than the Hi-Tops logo, and I never saw Come Dream With Me Tonight: The Lullabies Collection on VHS, only on YouTube. Because of that the only place I've seen the Hi-Tops logo is on the VHS tapes for the Animated Series.
