I'm curious. How many people here have heard of this? The Mother Goose Video Treasury was a four volume set of two VHS tapes, two volumes per tape. It was a live reenactment of several classic Mother Goose rhymes, with all the famous characters living together in one 'universe'. Don't let the title fool you, though. Despite having her name, Mother Goose is not the primary character. That honor goes to her ever-faithful mount, Bertram the Gander, voiced by Will Ryan, who we all know as everyone's favorite Octopede. A good number of the cast and crew also worked on the classic series, Welcome to Pooh Corner. One such cast member, Hal Smith, who provided the voice of the titular bear, played the role of Old King Cole. Volumes One and Two can be watched here. Hopefully, ya'll will enjoy this as much as I did, and still do.
