Perhaps it had the live action come dream with me tonight on it, but it says it's fully animated. The come dream with me tonight video did have animated segments (I think) so I think it's come dream with me tonight. You may be on to something considering it says medley of lullibies.

Appearently this CD sold for a lot of money on eBay.. It must be very rare. I have never seen this tape holder(?) before!! Actually it's a CDV or CD Video. I don't know anything about it except it was a failed format like laser disc and cdv's had videos you can watch on a computer.

I think it's just the video and when I got the display it was beat up but I don't care so much. It actually takes 4 D batteries and on the back it has the coming soon list for the carts. You can see the list on the unreleased cartridges thread. There was one cart called Not the Mudblups Again! I thought it would be Teddy and the Mudblups because it was an adventure series 2 pack. And the back of the display has the covers and I was right. But Grubby's Romance didn't have the right cover and it showed up twice but that was the only error I could find on the display. Can this display also play normal BackPack Teddy cartridges? You would need to open the display and there actually is a place on the top where you can open it but only to find cardboard. If teddy sounded weird in the video it's because he is hooked up to a speaker.

I honestly don't think this will be all that bad. I don't like his eyes or how he looks so "chibi" now, but I really think that Wicked Cool Toys have their heart in the right place. It seems like they really have put forth an effort, unlike the Yes Teddy, and maybe the Playskool Teddy. Looking at the video close I think the upper and lower jaw have seperate motors. I also think that there was an earlier prototype then this teddy. In fact we've already seen it. This prototype actually looks worse to me then what was shown. The teddy in the logo looks earlier because it has the old teddy ruxpin patch instead of the new one. It does have some info about the design choices and it is from Dallas Toy Fair. I also found a picture with a possible mockup of Teddy that's maybe all plush. Video:https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=845741125562015&id=214620488674085 Photo:https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=869202766549184&id=214620488674085&set=pcb.869204493215678&source=48 In the video if you listen closely at the end you can hear an alternate take of "Hi, my name is Teddy Ruxpin. Can you and I be friends?" That you can usually hear in the commercials. This can be heard at 2:40. This is one of the commercials with the alternate take and it has the rest of the intro to the airship. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wovhWjAZSiw

I wonder, how many of these were released? Only airship single, 2 pack: captured by the mudblups, wooly and the wizard, 2 pack: missing princess, the treasure, 2 pack: teddy's birthday, the day teddy met grubby, 2 pack: take a good look, grubby's romance, 2 pack: lullibies 1, and christmas. It looks like there was a story called Not the Mudblups Again but it was probably going to be teddy and the mudblups. The rarest cartridge released is adventure series 2 take a good lookand grubby's romance. I barley see it online.

Sorry to bring back a dead thread but do you have any more scans of the snoopy brochure? I've seen pictures of that in low resolution with early story names.

Thanks for sharing the link. I checked out the old Yes website a couple years back on archive.org and got a kick out of that an this looks like a similar archived version. You will notice in the photo of Teddy and the kid on the main page, the Teddy pictured is a Teddy I (WoW) dressed up in the Yes version's red outfit rather than an actual Yes! Teddy pictured. This was likely due to production being delayed and needing to get some promo stuff done in the meantime. I am not a big fan of this version, but at the time it was exciting to have Teddy back on the market. Sorry to bring back a dead thread but this is the original website.
