I have a teddy that I have had for years. At one point a couple years ago, I stopped using him. I regret that. He now is completely unresponsive, and the screws are stripped to his cassette player. Watch this video to find out more. Please, please help me! Have you been to our Facebook page? There are lots of repair hobbyists there. Let me know if you don't find an answer soon and I will try to find someone who can help. Good Luck!

I would like to add that if anything is disconnected, you don't need extra parts. If a wire is snapped off for instance, you can solder it back on if you are able to. You do sound a bit young though, and while I don't want to underestimate your abilities, if you haven't used a soldering iron before, perhaps it's best to get your parent's help for that.
Dr. Eyeore is the best repair person who offers her services, but she's expensive. Especially if you have experience with electronics, Teddy Ruxpin isn't usually a hard fix.
As for the stripped screws, those can definitely be a pain. There are a few tricks to getting them out, such as the "rubber band trick". Try to research these methods and see which one works for you.

My guess is the mother board is shot. You can drill out the screws if you have any experience in that. Obviously, the player must come out first.
