I have a few Teddy Ruxpin references myself: -On an episode of Family Feud, the question was "Name a famous Teddy", and a woman answered "Teddy Ruxpin", but she got a strike. -In Ted, Jon gets angry at Ted and yells that he would have rather had a Teddy Ruxpin during the argument. There's also a game on Ted's site featuring Teddy Ruxpin. -The show Magic Adventures of Mumfie has a few references. The plot of the Mumfie's Quest movie is somewhat similar to the series (the main character wants to go on an adventure and has to find crystals and defeat a villian), and also had a similar scene to this one, except that they were on an umbrella and a cat forced Mumfie to fall down. (The weather when the incident occured, the incident being caused by the character who fell trying to help someone and the way Grubby's dad screamed for his child were copied in the movie.) youtu.be/uqhFq4khSqsAlso from the same series: The episode "Pinkey's First Winter" has Pinkey bathing in a tub in somewhere other than a bathroom, just like Grubby did in "Teddy Ruxpin's Birthday".

I know this hasn't been updated in a long time, but I found another Teddy reference. In the show Family Matters, there is a story-telling bear mentioned in the season 2 episode, "Have Yourself A Merry Winslow Christmas". The bear is called Freddie Teddy and is the hottest toy of the season. I think it is seen at the end of the episode but I don't know if it looks like Teddy at all.

I found two more Teddy Ruxpin references. One is a direct mention in Fresh Off The Boat. I don't remember the episode, though. Louis, the father mentions him to his wife, Jessica, as part of a question he might ask a friend. Jessica has no idea what he is talking about.
The other is more of an indirect mention in Adventures In Odyssey, which Will Ryan is also a big part of. This one is in the episode, "The Day After Christmas". At the beginning, a doll called Betty Buckskin is mentioned. The doll connects to its companion similar to how Teddy connects to Grubby. They also seem able to interact in a similar way, though we never hear them do so. Teddy is also referred to more directly by Annie when she tells Whit about her Christmas presents. She doesn't use his name, instead calling him "one of those teddy bears that talks and moves like a robot." I find this a little bit funny because she mentions a couple other popular toys of the time specifically by name, one being cabbage patch kids.
