Okay, this probably sound silly, but where do Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick get their groceries from? In "The Medicine Wagon" Grubby mentions they used their last piece of silver on groceries. Well, where do they go to do their grocery shopping? Is it at the Wizard's Fortress, the Grunge Village, or do they travel all the way to King Nogburt's Castle do get their groceries?

I can sort of imagine the Grunges running some sort of farmers' market or similar, since they seem to put a lot of time and effort into growing good vegetables (I assume that the Grunges grow grains and the like, too). We know that Teddy and Grubby regularly go out picking fruits and also know how to grow both potatoes and peanuts, too, so that takes care of those I guess... I'm not so sure how, say, meat and drinks are covered, though - especially drinks, since we know that drinking water sourced from Rainbow Falls can have strange cosmetic side-effects. I notice that Tweeg often has giant bags of certain ingredients for his buttermilk-to-gold recipe, so perhaps there's some sort of trading post somewhere that local producers take their goods to in bulk? Does anyone have a Grundo map to hand?

See that's been my thought. In the tv show, there's the Perloon/Illiper village, near King Nogburt's Castle, so that could be where the trading post or farmer's market could be if it's not in the Grunge Village. According to the scan of the map of Grundo taken from the back of one of the books, the largest structure would be the Hard to Find City, with King Nogburt's Castle coming in second, the Wizard's Fortress coming in third, and Tweeg's Tower coming in fourth, with Wooly's House, and Gimmick's House, coming in as the smaller ones.
However, like I said, the tv show expanded the area around King Nogburt's with farms, villages, towns and fields. Or it could be in a central location, somewhere around the Jungle with No Name, Woodley Bog or Boggley Woods, or even Mizley Meadows

The Wizard sells some edibles in order to prop up his fortune-telling "business", doesn't he? That might make his place a candidate.

Yeah, the Wizard would need all the extra income, since nobody ever pays him for his fortune-telling business, except for Prince Arin in "In the Fortress of the Wizard", Leota in "To the Rescue", and L.B. (who paid him in donuts) in "Tweeg the Vegetable". Lol. Yeah, that goes for any company that sets up shop in Grundo. You know, that's probably how Tweeg gets all his ingredients, he just steals them from Gimmick after he buys them at the market.
