I have to ask.. why on earth is it a rule you can't sell stuff directly on the forum? While i do list a lot on ebay, I have so much TR stuff I need to sell.. it's tedious and time consuming. I just want to sell my collection cheap either whole or in small chunks.
EDIT: Oh right, I posted about that before. *grumble* Sorry, bad memory.

Sorry it took me so long to get to this post. Nothing wrong with asking questions I don't allow direct selling or soliciting on the board because I can't spend the time necessary to police transactions - and I feel like I'm obligated to make sure something with my name on it (and Teddy's name) is a safe place to do business should I allow it. It's easier to just not get involved with it. Ebay has become increasingly user friendly and in my opinion the fees associated with it are worth it for the protection it provides. If a seller is jilted, they don't lose out on the item and can easily recoup their selling fees. If a buyer receives an item that has been misrepresented they have recourse to recoup their money as well. That being said - there are private messages here, and whatever two people might discuss there is none of my business. I just can't allow it to become a place for public transactions. I also don't want to constantly have to police it for potentially pirated items. Like any policy for the masses - it unfortunately has to protect good people from each other just as much as it does bad people from good people. Just a sad state of the world we live in. Thanks for your inquiry. Once again - Ebay posts are not only allowed but they're welcomed

May I ask a question? What do you mean by pirated items?

^ I'm guessing he means stuff like bootleg t-shirts, mousemats, clocks, and all of the other common items that people make using pictures they've pulled off of Google's Image Search.

Exactly what Cyborg said.... with the addition of Mp3's and DVD's and the like of Teddy's shows and songs.
