It's hard to say the market value on these types of items. They were not as abundant in production as the general merchandise and can fetch more money in the right market in the right condition.
As it is brand new and in-box, to a collector this piece would be worth much more than a bopper in used condition. To someone who may want to pass on their youth to their children, they would probably rather have one that has been recently used and tested. Even though it's never been out of the box, chances are after sitting for that long it probably has some mechanical issues. Boppers in general didn't last long. I've only come across a few that still work. Infrequent use and good storage seem to be the key factors.
I wouldn't take less than $50 for it. I'd list it on Ebay with that as a start.
