Done in the style of Maggie Parr at least a futile attempt. Media used: Derwent Watercolor Pencils, Grumbacher watercolor pans, Derwent Colorsoft Pencils, and lined with Faber-Castell fine liners, markers with Prisma Color Markers. I think Grubby's lines were a bit too heavy with the marker... meh, it's a learning process.

WOW! You have the style of the trees and plant-life down to a "T"! Great stuff! So what are Arin and Grubby doing on this bank? Arin looks uncharacteristically calm (he is always so tense when we see him in the show because it usually means there is some kind of crisis).
Not to be critical, because I could never produce something of this caliber if my life depended on it, but something about Grubby's eyes "doesn't seem quite right". Not sure why...upon looking at it again, it seems extremely minor.
I like the feet...his fingers and toes were always so round in the series, but they look more "bug-like" here.
The scenery looks like it could be straight out of the WOW books.

Wonderful. Beautiful. I am so jealous. Your style is actually very similar to Ken's orginal drawing of Grubby that hung at the AlchemyII offices (which now proudly hangs in my office) It's too big to scan but I will have to take a pic.

Vilicles: Not sure what to fix with the eyes... guess I just need more practice drawing him. Josh: Thank you very much, I'm totally flattered by that. Regarding Arin's "calm" demeanor... well I imagine my boys are busy doing what they do best... goofing off. Even a Prince needs some "down time" every now and then. Grubby is ... fishing, I don't know why but I kinda thought of this last night, I dreamed I saw the two of them talking about nothing in particular. Although girls did come up somewhere in the conversation.
