Are those two teddy Ruxpin different? Both of them are the metal player version. The upper part of the mouth is not the same. Attachments:

I'm not sure, but it could be that one of them is a three servo Teddy and the other a two servo Teddy. I don't know if the metal tape deck Teddy was ever made in two servo form, though.

Maybe one is slightly newer then the other, like later on in production they started using a slightly different mouth piece? But not new enough for it to be considered a "new generation", and the change was so minor too? I have no idea really, those are just guesses. They both run the same right? Oh, or maybe someone repaired him with the mouth of a 3rd gen Teddy? My Teddy has a metal cassette, and im pretty sure his mouth looks like the first picture.

As far as I know, there are no Teddy Ruxpin toys out there with metal backed cassette players and only 2 servo motors.
