I helped Alchemy consolidate some archives in 2014. I had my hands on the Gimmick prototype, the original Teddy prototype and a lot of other coolness. Unfortunately I can't share any pictures at this time. I just wanted to verify that there was one, and that he was a great rendition of the character, as seen in the books and cartoons. I own two plaster mockups, (about the size of the WoW Grubby and The Yes! Teddy) of Teddy and Grubby that were used to create the action figures that went with The Airship. One of the Fob characters from the ABC TV movie, and maybe one or two other things that would be unique to share. There will be a new website coming from me next year. Maybe I will put those up there. Okay! I am looking forward to the new website! I am sure you also got to meet the Amber prototype too. It is so nice that Alchemy II still has all these prototypes.

Still working on a title, a format and content.
It will be bigger and better than what is already here, for sure!
Web content has evolved while I was busy, I'm looking forward to getting caught up.

It has been a year and she has not come back. I think it is hopeless.

Not to be a pessimist over here, but I tend to believe very little anyone says if they don't have proof. It doesn't mean anything if you apparently have the DVD and aren't willing to share it. Why even tell us? Just sounds like the whole "my dad works at Nintendo" thing. Yeah, right.
Honestly, it's been thirty years for a lot of this media, and preserving it is more important than hiding it for the sake of being some collector's prize possession. Any profit the company would have made from the material has long since passed, so let the fans enjoy it. After thirty years, I think they deserve to see it.
As for blueoctopede, I hope she comes back some day. Her videos are what encouraged me to get into these toys, and it would be awesome to be able to thank her directly. Other people have been commenting on her videos saying stuff like "she's dead", which is rude and highly unlikely. Like the apparent ownership of this DVD from a lot of people unwilling to share after saying they would, I don't want to believe anything about her whereabouts without proof. I just hope she's still out there collecting and has some amazing goodies to show us one day.

Also, this DVD isn't the "Teddy Ruxpin Inside and Out" is it? I acquired the VHS version, but have never been able to watch it. I saw a DVD version of it but didn't win the bid, if I remember correctly. I just wanna make sure I don't somehow accidentally have this super rare thing.

Snobby people who refuse to share are a large reason why these things get lost over time. The same for the demo tapes and other rare items. Blueoctopede very very likely will not come back, and honestly I do wish people would stop going on about it. Regardless if the bullying stories are true or not, it is rather clear she has moved on and people just need to accept that. She was just another YouTuber. At least the videos are still up.

No. The DVD is a WoW promotional video, and features more than just Teddy Ruxpin. It is an advertisement for retailers.

Also isnt the dvd is like an hour long? Not that I know of, I think it was just around 30 minutes or so. But even if it is, it can still be put on YouTube or similar website. YouTube videos can be however long we want these days.

Sorry to bring back this dead topic, but I really hope blueoctopede is okay and that she has just come to a different phase in her life. I say this because I have struggled with depression for years and years, and one of the worst symptoms is that you completely lose interest in things you used to love, and it seems like something pretty drastic must have happened for her to completely swear off talking toys and disappear off the face of the earth so to speak. I mean it's understandable that you would go through phases in life where you're less interested in your hobbies, but from what I've been able to gather, as I myself wasn't very active for a while, is that she has shaken the dust of the TR community from her feet.

Hey, apologies for reviving a dead thread, but for anyone who hasn't seen it, I found a large portion of the video that has what everyone wants: Gimmick, Charlie Brown, Amber, Prototype Teddy, Prototype Figures (I'm guessing that's what they are), Prototype Outfits, Baby Teddy/Grubby Prototypes, etc etc etc. Here you go! youtu.be/yxPdNNahXOUEdit: I have the video personally saved on my flash drive, so if it is taken down it will still be in my possession. I think a lot of us have already seen that footage, but thanks for sharing anyway! Now all we need is the rest of the DVD!
