what size are the belts for teddy

hey everyone, I took apart the teddy I haven't opened the head yet, but I opened the cloth, and back.
I think the rubber bands are the problem, dose anyone know what the name of the bands/belts are. or where to purchase them.
it's for a small sizes teddy, like the playskool
