I'd really love to know where you heard about it, if you're willing (or able?) to share that information. Is it ok to ask?

Just got an email from Amazon regarding my preorder of the new set. New date is September 18th. Just found out about this forum, glad there are other Teddy lovers still left. Brenden

I am going to look into this and see what I can find out. I'm thinking it's possible only the Amazon release date is being pushed back, as I'm hearing reports of the set being seen at brick & mortar stores.
Stay tooned.

I don't think it's going to be a new story, just the re-release of the retro episodes.

Yeah, what retrobear said - it's the complete original series. What's all this about a new adventure, now?

I mean no disrespect, but I'm starting to see a pattern here regarding things that applesocks89 has told you...

As we've all said before, if there is going to be a new Teddy Ruxpin production, whether it's a toy, tv show, movie or even stage play, Josh would be the first of us to know, and if he was able to, he'd tell us. But, if Josh hasn't heard about it, then chances are, it's not true. And, if applesocks89 wants to share his info with us, then he is welcome to, after all, that is what this forum is about. But he should be sharing that information himself, not passing it along by a second party.
Speaking of which. Has anyone seen the trailer for Seth McFarlane's new movie, "Ted"? I have and the title character mentions Teddy Ruxpin. I hope the line stays in the movie, after all not all the lines that are in movie trailers are in the movie itself. At least that's what I've noticed.

It's almost a shame that they made it an 18+ movie, really, since word is already getting around about it with youngsters, who of course aren't old enough to see it due to the sorts of content that it has...

I know. Chances are pretty good that any movie put out by Seth McFarlane is gonna be rated 18+, since he did make Family Guy and that's not exactly known for being kid friendly. I just thought it was cool that Teddy Ruxpin was mentioned.
