"Like" our Facebook Page!

We're trying to get 1,000 fans by the end of 2011. This is not just a goal for me. It's a quest. The next generation deserves to be entertained and educated by this wonderful cast of characters just like we were.. what better way to show the people who write the checks how great of an investment they are making? When they see how many of us remember and still love Teddy 20 plus years later, they're going to know they're investing not only in now but also in the future. In this tough economy we need every advantage we can get.

If you want to see Teddy back on TV or the Big Screen- like our page. A Twitter follow is great too but Facebook is my focus in this campaign. Even if you just sign up to like our page.

Another reason to like our page - there is a high possibility of future drawings and giveaways of Teddy merchandise from those who are signed up.

I already *liked* the Teddy Ruxpin Online page. Definitely a worthy goal, since we're seriously lacking Teddy Ruxpin on tv. And a sequel series or movie would be great too. Traditional animation for tv, and maybe CGI for the movie, if they do it really well. Maybe Lucas Animation (Lucasfilm's animation division), Disney/Pixar or Dreamworks could do the animation for the show, whether it's traditional or CG.

I am not sure exactly what that could entail, Josh. It's something I will probably talk to some folks about when the next set of DVD's come out, though. I can't promise anything - but I think it would be a great way to drive some interest. There is some talk about some other new products coming out too. First off I'd need to find some impartial way of letting a computer randomly choose a winner. That's the first step. Facebook should make an app for that!
