Interesting to note the Teddy Ruxpin connections in a couple of these titles.... Will Ryan (Grubby) voiced "Petrie" in The Land Before Time and Phil Baron (Teddy) was involved with The Little Mermaid.

How was Mr. Baron involved in "The Little Mermaid"? Did he do extra voices?

He did the voice of Piglet in the Disney Channel live-action/puppet television series "Welcome to Pooh Corner".
He created and voiced "The Adventures of Timmy the Tooth" in the mid '90s.
I looked everywhere and could not find Mr. Baron listed anywhere for "The Little Mermaid".

There was a 1992 album released by Disney entitled: "The Little Mermaid: Songs from the Sea". Phil Baron, Will Ryan, and George Wilkins (the musical composer, I believe, for the Teddy Ruxpin music) are all credited as having written songs for that album. I didn't see Mr. Baron's name connected with "The Little Mermaid" feature film released in 1989. Anyone else have some light to shed on this?

Yeah, I thought he was referring to the movie, so I checked TLM IMDB page, but I couldn't find anything there or on Phil Baron's page.
I did find the ones he wrote after a quick Google search.

Astérix le Gaulois Astérix et Cléopatre These two Asterix films are actually from the late 60's. I've never seen the first one, but Asterix and Cleopatra is an amazing film. Don't think that it's much known in North America.

The comics are from the 60s. The animated movies are more from the earliy 70s.
We have the entire comic series and are slowly collecting the animated and live action movies... in their original French language.
