When watching the episode, "Through Tweeg's Fingers", particularly the scene when Princess Aruzia says that The Jungle With No Name is more than a day's distance from King Nogburt's Castle and when looking at the map of Grundo and the surrounding areas that we are aware of, namely, Rillonia and Ying, - I do not mention the Hard To Find City or MAVO as those areas are part of Grundo territory - I sometimes wonder exactly how big are Grundo, Ying and Rillonia? I imagine that we were not shown the entire area of Grundo, Ying and Rillonia and there are many unseen areas of those three lands as well as lands beyond them which may forever remain a mystery to us. I am guessing that Grundo is about the size of China, Ying is about the size of Mongolia, Rillonia is about the size of Laos and Cambodia and the area around King Nogburt's Castle is about the size of a large town or small city. Any other guesses?
Off topic: And are they in a separate world, or here on Earth far, far into the future?

I'm not sure about size. I do think they are in a different world from ours. Teddy even references our world in stories like "The Missing Princess," which leads me to believe that the worlds exist at the same time but in different places and Teddy has found a way to look or go between them. Just my theory.

Sorry for the late reply. Actually, I was speaking in regards to the cartoon, not the tapes or books. Sometimes, I like to think that they are actually here on Earth far, far into the future, in a time when almost all traces of our existence, our cultures, our languages, our histories etc on this planet have long since vanished.
